I was starving afterwards and he was diggity down for McDonalds but he didn’t eat. I ate judgement free. I appreciate that.

We went to see a movie (Man on a Ledge. Pretty good. I recommend it). He paid for the tickets and popcorn. I appreciate that.

I walked him to the bus stop and gave him a goodnight kiss despite him being sick. I’m sure he appreciated that.

Bear in mind this kid is 19. And HE forcibly paid for MY movie ticket and popcorn. We may have a winner here. So long as I have a date for Valentine’s day for the first time in my life, I will be content.
